Only providers that you choose to connect with are able to access your information through the app.

Information We Do Not Collect
The Balance Audit app does not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your information for advertising.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated personal information from the app's systems, except where retention is required by law or necessary to comply with legal obligations. If you have received care from a healthcare provider, that provider may be required to retain certain clinical records independently of the app.
Children's Privacy
The Balance Audit app is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
