Welcome to Balance Audit, a mobile application provided by NeuroBalance Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Balance Audit mobile application, related services, and associated content (collectively, the "App").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the App on your own. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
By using the App, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Purpose of the App
Balance Audit is designed to assist individuals and healthcare providers with:
- Balance assessments
- Coordination assessments
- Rehabilitation exercise programs
- Progress tracking
- Communication between patients and participating providers
The App is intended to support rehabilitation and education. It is not intended to replace professional medical judgment or comprehensive clinical evaluation.
No Medical Advice
The information provided through the App is for informational and rehabilitation support purposes only.
Assessment results, scores, graphs, movement visualizations, and exercise recommendations should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis.
The App does not establish a doctor-patient relationship with NeuroBalance Solutions.
Always consult your own qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns or treatment decisions.
Emergencies
The App is not intended for emergency situations.
If you experience symptoms such as sudden weakness, difficulty speaking, severe headache, loss of consciousness, chest pain, vision loss, or other potentially life-threatening symptoms, seek emergency medical care immediately or call your local emergency services.
Assessment Safety
Balance assessments and rehabilitation exercises performed through the App may involve standing, head movements, changes in position, or other activities that could increase the risk of dizziness, loss of balance, or falls.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for exercising reasonable caution during all assessments and exercises.
Before beginning an assessment or exercise, you should:
- Perform the assessment in a safe environment free of obstacles.
- Use a stable support, wall, countertop, or have another person available to assist you if appropriate.
- Wear appropriate footwear and discontinue the assessment immediately if you feel unsafe.
- Follow all safety instructions provided within the App.
Do not perform an assessment or exercise if you believe it may place you at an unreasonable risk of injury.
If you experience severe dizziness, loss of consciousness, chest pain, sudden weakness, vision loss, difficulty speaking, or any other concerning symptoms, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical care.
By choosing to perform assessments or exercises through the App, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you assume the ordinary risks associated with these activities.
Users are responsible for securely handling their device during assessments and exercises. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroBalance Solutions is not responsible for damage to a phone, device, or other personal property caused by dropping, mishandling, or using the device during an assessment or exercise.
Provider Relationships
Patients may choose to connect with participating healthcare providers through the App.
Providers are solely responsible for:
- Clinical decisions
- Diagnoses
- Treatment recommendations
- Exercise prescriptions
- Patient care
NeuroBalance Solutions does not supervise, direct, or control medical care provided by independent healthcare professionals using the App.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Perform assessments in a safe environment.
- Follow instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
- Use the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Free Assessments
The App may offer free assessments or limited-feature experiences.
These features are provided for informational purposes and may differ from assessments performed under the guidance of a healthcare provider.
NeuroBalance Solutions may modify or discontinue free assessment features at any time.
Intellectual Property
The Balance Audit App, including its software, graphics, branding, exercise content, assessment methods, text, and other materials, is owned by NeuroBalance Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.
Availability
We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Features may be updated, modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued as part of ongoing improvements.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroBalance Solutions disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user's circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroBalance Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued use presents security, legal, or operational concerns.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
