Do vestibular diagnoses tell you what is actually wrong?
Sometimes, yes. A lot of the time, no. Many vestibular diagnoses describe a pattern of symptoms, but they don't always identify the specific dysfunction that is creating those symptoms. Whether you've been told you have vestibular migraine, PPPD, cervicogenic dizziness, vestibular neuritis, or another vestibular diagnosis, my next question is always the same: What isn't functioning correctly? That is the question I want to answer.
