Why do I feel worse when I'm tired?
Many people notice that their dizziness, imbalance, motion sensitivity, or visual symptoms become much more noticeable when they're tired, sick, or simply not feeling their best. That doesn't necessarily mean your condition is getting worse. In many cases, it means your nervous system has less capacity to compensate for an underlying dysfunction. When your brain has fewer resources available, the dysfunction becomes harder to hide, making symptoms feel more noticeable.
